University Support
If you have a long-term health condition (physical/mental) or a disability, you might be eligible to get a Student Support Plan (SSP) through Disability Services.
Accessing Support - you will be asked to complete the registration form on e:Vision. You will have to provide evidence of the medical condition you are wanting academic adjustments to be made for. Please see their information list of the type of evidence they require. Please note, you do not need to have diagnosed condition to be eligible for an SSP.

External Support
Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSAs) are grants that can contribute towards some of the additional costs of studying at university with a disability or long-term health condition.
DSAs may help with the costs of:
specialist equipment, eg a computer if you need one because of your disability
non-medical helpers, such as mental health mentoring and study skills for dyslexia
extra travel needed as a result of your disability
other disability-related costs of studying
